Refund policy

Last Updated: April 2026

At Of Pines And Ghosts, every item is "made to order." This means your gear doesn't exist until you hit that broadcast button and place your order. Because each piece is custom-printed just for you, our return policy differs from traditional big-box retailers.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives with a hole in the fabric, a blurry print, or if it was damaged during its journey through the pines, we’ve got you covered.

  • The Window: You must report the issue within 30 days of delivery.

  • The Proof: Send us a clear photo of the damage and a brief description at [Your Contact Email].

  • The Resolution: We will send you a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund. You don’t even need to send the damaged item back to us—just recycle or repurpose it.

2. Wrong Size or Change of Mind

Because we use Print-on-Demand technology, we do not keep a warehouse of pre-printed stock. Therefore:

  • We cannot offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect size selection or "change of mind" once the item has been printed.

  • Tip: Please check our Size Guide on each product page before ordering. Our Comfort Colors 1717 tees have a relaxed, boxy fit—if you’re between sizes, keep that in mind.

3. Lost in Transit

If the tracking info shows the package has vanished into the static and hasn't moved for 15 business days (for US orders), we will consider it lost and send a replacement at no extra cost to you.

  • Note: We are not responsible for items marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that go missing from your porch. Please ensure your delivery location is secure.

4. Incorrect Address

If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the package is returned to our print provider, it is usually destroyed by the facility. In this case, we cannot offer a refund. Please double-check your coordinates before confirming your order.

5. How to Start a Claim

If there is a legitimate issue with your order:

  1. Contact us at datatune.srl@gmail.com

  2. Include your Order Number (e.g., #1001).

  3. Attach photos of the defect.
