At Of Pines And Ghosts, we don’t believe in borders—only frequencies. To get your gear to you as fast as the static allows, we operate through a global network of professional print stations.
1. Global Routing: Localized Craftsmanship
We use Smart Order Routing. This means that when you place an order, our system automatically selects the printing facility closest to your coordinates (USA, Europe, UK, or Canada).

The Benefit: Faster delivery, a smaller carbon footprint, and fewer customs delays.

The Caveat: If a specific item (like a limited edition color) is out of stock at your local station, we will route it to the next available facility to ensure you still get your gear.
2. Production Time (The Creation Phase)
Every piece is custom-printed for you.

Standard Production: Usually takes 2–5 business days.

During album launches or peak seasons, the pines get busy, and it might take a few extra days to fine-tune your order.
3. Estimated Shipping Times (Transit)
Once your gear leaves the station, here is how long it usually takes to reach your porch:

Note: These are estimates. We cannot control weather patterns, carrier delays, or interference from the beyond.
4. Tracking Your Dispatch
As soon as your order is printed and handed to the carrier (USPS, DHL, UPS, or local couriers), you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the link to reflect the latest movement.
5. Multiple Shipments
To ensure you get your items as quickly as possible, your order may arrive in separate packages. For example, a heavy cotton tee might be routed from a local textile shop, while a custom whiskey glass might come from a specialized glassware facility.
6. Customs & Import Duties
While our routing system tries to keep production local, international orders may occasionally incur customs fees or import duties depending on your country's laws. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
7. Missing Transmissions
If your tracking info says "Delivered" but the package is nowhere to be found, or if it hasn't moved in 15 business days, send a dispatch to our support team at datatune.srl@gmail.com. We’ll track it down or send a replacement.
